Our car mats are made from premium Thoex™ TPE material, no rubber smell, even when new.
Do you offer any warranty for your car mats?
Yes, 3W offers a Lifetime Warranty on our car mats and boot liners. Should you encounter any manufacturing defects during this period, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
Please note, however, that this warranty applies only to natural wear and tear and does not cover damages caused intentionally. If you have any concerns with our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are more than happy to assist you.
Who pays customs duties / import taxes?
Applicable import duties and taxes are covered by us.
If you've been charged duties at delivery, please forward us the carrier's bill and your order number, we'll reimburse you or settle it directly with the carrier.
